Shavi Churchkhela Espresso Coffee Blend

Churchkhela has been made in Georgia for centuries. During the grape harvest, families would boil fresh grape juice, thicken it slowly, and dip strings of walnuts into the mixture by hand. It was practical food - something sweet, nourishing and durable - carried on long journeys and shared at the table. When we tasted this coffee at the roastery, churchkhela came to mind almost immediately.

Not only as a flavor note, but as a feeling. The way sweetness builds slowly, the soft depth underneath, the way it stays with you after the cup is empty. That familiar, comforting finish is what made us choose this coffee — it reminded us why simple things, done with care, last the longest.
