Colombia El Puente Washed Espresso

This coffee comes from smallholder producers in Huila, Colombia, and is carefully processed at the El Puente facility. The coffee is grown at elevations ranging from approximately 1,400 to 1,875 meters above sea level, where the climate supports slow, even cherry development.

After harvest, the cherries are depulped and fermented for 24–32 hours, then washed and slowly dried over 20–25 days. This extended, controlled drying helps ensure stability and consistency in the final cup — a reflection of the careful work done at every stage, from farm to processing.
