Aricha Wubanchi station offers a range of meticulously processed coffees, showcasing the unique flavors of the region. The station is located in the Southern part of Ethiopia. This 2.5-hectare station sits at an elevation of 2213 m.a.s.l and process natural, washed, and fermented coffee. Over 2700 farmers contribute to the station, mainly cultivating the local 74110 and 7412 coffee varieties. Farmers hand-pick cherries at peak ripeness and spread on African drying beds for approximately 19 to 21 days. The cherries are regularly moved and rotated to ensure uniform drying. This lot exhibits peach, jasmine, and stone fruit notes.
