Iron Lion is a natural community lot born in the highlands of Sidama Bensa and crafted in close collaboration with Daye Bensa. Grown between 1900–2300 MASL, this coffee channels Ethiopia’s rich terroir into a cup that’s bold, fruity and unforgettable.

Handpicked Grade 3 natural cherries are floated to remove underripes, then dried slowly on African beds for 14–18 days before being hulled locally. The result: vibrant flavors of berries, fudge, and dark chocolate that celebrate Ethiopia’s legendary coffee heritage.

Daye Bensa doesn’t just produce coffee—they push the craft forward. From modern processing equipment to innovative fermentation methods, every detail is dialed for quality and consistency. Most cherries are organically grown, with certifications including Organic, UTZ, and Rainforest Alliance.
