Test Roast / Coffee Beans

When roasting coffee, we need to set up what's called profiles. And, like any setup, we have to go through different tests to find the best balance between acidity and sweetness.

WE DON'T LIKE TO WASTE! That's why we are selling these roasted coffees used for testing at cost. Don't get us wrong - this coffee is great, but it just doesn't meet our standards of quality yet. However, it helped us to roast an even better coffee!
