We are proud to introduce a remarkable coffee from our long-standing partners, Ivan Solís and his wife, Leandra Cordero. Together with their family, they run Finca Voo in the mountains of Costa Rica near Santa María de Dota.

They also operate their micromill, Beneficio Santa Fe, where their experimental processing takes place.

This Catuai variety from Tarrazú undergoes a precise natural process, including 48-hour fermentation and drying on African beds. The result is a cup with notes of dried mango, brown spices, and almond, a silky body, and refreshing brightness.
