Brazi Mogiana Cocapil Natural Espresso
The Beija Flor Profile is a Natural coffee from the Mogiana region (partly in São Paulo and partly in Minas Gerais), grown at 950–1000 masl. It is fermented using the volcano method for 48 hours and then dried on patios. The result is a coffee with intense body, vibrant acidity, and pronounced sweetness.
Beans are sorted by screen size (16up) for consistency. Produced by COCAPIL, a cooperative based in Ibiraci with over 850 small, family-owned farms, this coffee reflects a balance of stone fruit and milk chocolate notes. COCAPIL is committed to sustainability, fair value, and helping producers transition from quantity to quality.
