We chose this coffee for its stunning clarity, vibrant acidity, and elegant floral notes — all a result of Shyira’s extreme altitude and meticulous washed processing.
Sitting at 2,000 masl and sourcing cherry from even higher elevations, Shyira produces some of the highest-grown coffees in Rwanda. The clean fermentation, followed by careful drying and sorting, creates a cup that’s bright, structured, and perfect for filter brewing.
